Best comfort food recipe ever....


Macaroni Cauliflower Cheese



Woweee... milk and flour and flora whisked together and heated up to boiling gently.  When it starts to thicken add a couple of handfuls of grated cheese and a sprinkling of nutmeg and black pepper.

Heat the oven= 220ish

Saute a smallish diced onion and a pack of lardons (I love the word lardons!).

Gently boil a cauliflower medium sized pieces- not too soft (it will go mushy if you do)

Boil a couple of portions of pasta- not overdone-n  al dente.

Add the onion and bacon mix to the cheese sauce.

Drain the cauli and pasta and stir together and arrange into an ovenproof dish. Spoon over the sauce and finish with a final sprinkling of cheese. Hot oven- 15ish mins.

Serve.

then have seconds...!

I am thrilled....

I am sorry it has taken a while for me to get back to tell you- I have been mega busy lately.

The major trial was for a foundation and concealer for Lancome.  Now its been launched I can share the news..

The colour match, the texture and the staying power really seem top notch.

Love it, love it and love it.  I think the lancome counters are doing a free 7 day trial of this- so can not recommend it highly enough.  I feel it is a real game changer.  Yes I would advocate using brushes to get the best application, but give it a go.

I'm in it for four weeks!!!

Ok so, major news for me- I got picked to be part of a trial of a MAJOR make-up product.  I can hardly believe it.  I had to submit loads of information about skin type and even pictures.  I can't tell you what it is right now... but its huge.
